Cora got her new life jacket today, and she loves it! At least.... She doesn't not love it.




Finally getting a break from the worst winter weather in 50 years down here. I took the cat out yesterday, and I bet it won't be too long before we can get the whole fam out there.




We got over to the job for a nice beach walk with the kids. They all did 1.25 miles on the sand. Pretty good for the little Nickle.

Or something like that.  Friends Jim & Connie had the family over for some authentic Italian style pizzas last Friday night.

Nolan rockin the white T.....just like the guys at Capri.

This ice is so good, I love it!

Amelia helped me with the title on this one......don't know if that accurately represents my feelings towards the ice.  But, we did all have a good time playing on the ice beach this morning.

Talk about the WORST POSSIBLE beach weather for Mom and Dalton's trip.  We told them that next year.....we're moving to Florida!

At least the kids got to play with Uncle D.  We even got to go swimming at Aunt Ricky's (really well) heated pool over on the Gulf :-)  I'd hoped to share a pic of that experience.....but after 60 minutes of collaborating with Uncle D on the computer.........this is all we've got.

Nope, nothing to do with us swimming.....just a beautiful moon rise from last weekend.  This was just before the winter weather blew in.  My sailboat has been stuck in the water ever since.
